PETRONAS towers

PETRONAS towers are two twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which was the tallest building in the world viewed from a high main entrance to highest structural part. Petronas Towers stand as high as 452 meters or 1483 feet until the top is calculated. Forms the floor of the two square-cut to form eight-pointed star at each point of intersection and added a piece of the circle. Cesar Pelli design uses a common motifs used in Islamic art since the Islamic culture has become a hallmark of Malaysia.

The tower was designed by Adamson Associates Architects, Canada along with Cesar Pelli of Cesar Pelli of Cesar Pelli & Associates Architects United States that was completed in 1998 as high as 88 floors with interior designs that reflect Islamic culture is rooted in Malaysia. On October 17, 2003, Taipei 101 took the record of the twin towers of the Petronas Twin Towers ini.Tetapi still holds the title of world's tallest twin towers.

In between the two towers, built a bridge (or Jejantas Skybridge Air) which connects the two towers on floors 41 and 42. This bridge is the destination of tourists who come to the PETRONAS Towers with a limited number of tickets (about 1200 pieces). In addition, the bridge is also used for evacuation in case of an emergency in a tower so that residents can move into the tower safe. As with other high buildings, Menara PETRONAS could sway when the wind so that the construction of the bridge was not mounted rigidly on a second tower.
