Fountains of Bellagio is a great choreographer fountain with performances involving light and music. The show takes place in front of the Bellagio hotel and is visible from various points of view on the Strip, both from the street and neighboring structures. Water show takes place every 30 minutes in the afternoon and early evening, and every 15 minutes from 8 pm until midnight.
The Fountains is built on an artificial lake covering nine acres. Movement of water is set to follow a variety of music; Examples include "Fly Me To The Moon" (Frank Sinatra), "Time to Say Goodbye" (Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli) and "My Heart Will Go On" (Celine Dion). And water before the show starts, the nozzles break the water surface and the lights illuminating the tower hotel-turned-purple color (usually), or red-white-and-blue to certain music. But this show may be canceled due to sudden wind that does not support.
It is estimated that the fountains cost $ 40 million to build. The fountain was created by WET, a design firm that specializes in water fountains and water features inventive architecture.
Four types of nozzles used for various effects:
* Rower - jet with a range of motion of the ball
* Shooters - shot over water
* Super Shooters - send a blast of water as high as 240 ft (73 m) in the air.
* Extreme Shooters - send a blast of water as high as 460 feet (140 m) (added in 2005)
